Instructions
Unzip the file, you will get a folder named “InDesignContactSheetCS5Distribution”. Inside that folder will be the script folder (Contact Sheet CS5). Place that folder (Contact Sheet CS5) into:
PC: c:\program files\common files\adobe\Bridge CS5 Extensions
Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CS5 Extensions
(Note on Mac, it’s the root library not the user library.
Restart Bridge. You should get a message about a new script being loaded, OK it.
The menu is under Tools->InDesign
To install the Contact Sheet Template Assistant, double click the zxp file (ContactSheet Template Assistant.zxp). That will launch Adobe Extension Manager and walk you through the install process. Once installed, start InDesign, the menu is located at Windows->Extensions->ContactSheet Template Assistant.
If you are running Windows 7, you may need to start the Extension Manager in Admin mode and then click the install button to install the template assistant.

The rest of the script itself is pretty self-explanatory. The most complex thing to do is create your caption. There are a few examples of saved captions with the script, taking a look at those should give you a good start.
